This program is broken into 5 phases

Endurance: Cardiovascular endurance is one of the foundations of your fitness. This phase helps you build a rock-solid foundation with endurance-focused workouts that simulate the demanding physical tasks you'll encounter in the field. You'll develop the stamina needed to excel from long-distance runs to rucking.

Water Confidence: Master the water with confidence. Through a series of challenging drills and exercises, you'll enhance your swimming abilities, familiarize yourself with advanced water confidence drills such as mask and snorkel/drownproofing/buddy breathing/underwaters etc, and develop the mental resilience needed to thrive in aquatic environments.

Strength: Strengthen your body and mind with targeted strength training routines. From bodyweight exercises to weighted drills, you'll build muscle, improve power, and enhance overall physical performance. You will get used to carrying asymmetric weight and be able to increase your rucking abilities.

Confidence: Cultivate unwavering self-assurance with confidence-building workouts designed to push your limits and expand your comfort zone. Through challenging scenarios and mental toughness exercises, you'll develop the resilience needed to overcome any obstacle.

Selection-Specific Drills: Fine-tune your skills and prepare for the unique challenges of A&S with selection-specific drills. From mock assessments to simulated scenarios, you'll train in environments that closely mirror the real-world demands of Special Operations selection.
The Kicker with this program is every phase culminates with one or 2 crucible days in which you will hammer down everything you learned during that phase to ensure mastery of that skill. These Crucible days are the most difficult part of the program, and it will take you multiple hours to complete them. It will test your dedication! Those who have followed this program to the letter have gone on to become the top candidates in their class. You will get out what you put into this workout. I can only show you the best way to get there, but it will by no means be easy.
