The Foundation: Lay the groundwork for success with targeted workouts focusing on breathing control, core, upper and lower body stability, and injury prevention techniques. Master the fundamentals of running, calisthenics, light weights, swimming, and water confidence to build a solid fitness foundation.
IFT Prep: Crush the Initial Fitness Test (IFT) on your worst day after you finish this program. The IFT is the baseline for where you need to be at all times, this must be mastered! This program provides the exact tools and strategies needed to not just pass, but dominate the IFT, leaving a lasting impression on cadre from day one. Prepare efficiently and effectively to ace this critical first hurdle.
Get Selected: This is the ultimate programming experience, it is the closest you will get to what you will experience at selection (unless you come out to my in person event). Take your training to the next level in preparation for Selection/Indoc. My signature program challenges your fitness and commitment like never before, ensuring you're primed and ready to excel at the highest level of Special Operations training. With 5 phases of periodization and 20 weeks of training each phase will culminate with a crucible (hell) day in which you will test all of the skills you have learned throughout the phase. If you're truly serious about making it through A&S, this program is your ultimate tool. This program has helped several of my clients get selected and become TOP selected.
Each and every one of these programs is delivered through a premium app with video demonstrations of exercises, Daily performance and mindset tips for selection, and nutrition guidance. In addition to all this, you will have access to all the programs for a full year, so you can redo any of the programs or phases at any point in time.
