This is the best and most comprehensive foundational program for success in AF Special Warfare. This is unlike any other program out there and will have you doing exercises you will not find anywhere else except Selection. How you start your journey is crucial to your future success.

✔️Targeted Training for Success: Don't waste time guessing. This program is specific for selection and written by a head Pararescue instructor who has been training PJs for nearly a decade. In addition, he was a PJ for 12 years with multiple deployments; he knows what it takes to make you successful. Brian Silva's 4-week program focuses on the foundational principles of running, calisthenics, and water confidence, providing you with the essential skills needed to excel in PJ/CCT/SR/TACP training.

💧 Build Water Confidence: Whether you're just starting out or looking to enhance your water confidence skills, our specialized drills and exercises will help you gain a solid foundation of water confidence. As you progress through the program, you'll develop the essential foundational skills necessary to navigate water-based challenges in Specwar training. You will do drills you have never heard of before, the intent is to stretch your capacity to get things done and ensure you are ready for the next two courses. None of it will be easy, but all of it will be worth it. 

✔️ Build resilience from injury: Throughout this training and definitely while you are at selection, your body will take a beating. This foundation program is designed to increase your resilience and help build the foundation to make you less prone to injury and ensure you are able to go through training, not worrying about yourself but having the bandwidth and capacity to help others get through the training.
